Do you offer local pick up? How do I do local pick up?

Yes! we offer local pick up. If you'd like to pickup your order in Whitby, Ontario, please select "local pick up" option at check out. Once your order is complete, we will send you an email to notify you that your order is available to be picked up from The Maker's Hub, located in Whitby, Ontario. The store's address and hours are listed in the pick-up email.

 

Is there tracking included with my order? 

Yes, all order come with tracking. Your tracking will be provided via email when your order ships. 

 

What countries do you ship to?

We currently ship to Canada & USA.

 

How do I qualify for free shipping? 

We offer free shipping on orders over $125.00. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your cart at checkout when cart is over at or above $125.00. 

 

What is Flat Rate shipping?

We offer a flat rate shipping price for our customers in Canada. This means that no matter where you are in Canada, the shipping fee will be the same for our customers. This saves you as the customer a little extra money.
